C8.com is the continuing development of an idea that started in late 1995 when The Skreem first hit the Web, the idea that there is more to music than sound and that there is more to life than music. That idea has grown with the support and kindness of many people some, but not all, of whom are thanked here.

I use the words "Dark, Sick Music" to describe the sounds I like. The music and ideas you'll find on this site aren't the usual, obvious, boring plays on the emotions of happy and sad - those emotions have been done to death by many musicians in the past and they're still writing the same old songs today. I find the limited imagination, the stagnation of ideas and sounds that prevails in todays society, far darker and sicker than the experimentation and exploration that this site is about. Think about it.

Everything on this site is provided for free, help me keep that vibe going... but please don't send me trashcore, cheese Gabba shit coz that's worse than House. Be original.
